Our Heavy Duty Ground Grids, or HDGG are owned and developed by Hahn Plastics. They are made up of 100% recycled plastic. Not only is the HDGG environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing, they can endure the weight of heavy vehicles & intensive traffic. HDGG are also permeable, and do not allow water to soak into the pavers itself but flows through their macro holes. As a result, these pavers are completely safe to use during freeze-thaw cycles and are snowplow-tolerant. HDGG can be used for:

• Car Parks
• Pull offs
• Farm Yards
• Warehouses

Below is a table with all dimensions and weight information for the HDGG in comparison to a typical concrete grid.

There are 135 grids in a skid. Each grid covers 2.58 square feet. 5% discount for a skid purchase. To calculate how many grids you need in a few different ways, follow these steps:

For square footage:

1. Measure the area you want to cover (Length x Width) to get your square footage.
2. Divide your square footage by 2.58 (square footage covered by one grid)

For Meters: (more precise calculation):

1. Measure the Length of the area in Meters.
2. Divide the Length of area by 0.6 (Length of grid in meters) Save this number!
3. Measure the Width of the area in Meters.
4. Divide the Width of the area by 0.4 (Width of the grid in Meters) Save this number!
5. Take the two numbers from both Length and Width calculations and multiply them together.
6. Round the number, and that is how many grids you need!

For Feet:

1. Measure the Length of the area in Feet
2. Divide the Length of the area by 1.97 (Length of grid in Feet) Save this number!
3. Measure the Width of the area in Feet
4. Divide the Width of the area by 1.31 (Width of grid in Feet) save the number!
5. Multiply both numbers from Length and Width calculations and multiply them together
6. Round the number, and that is how many grids you need.

HDGG Delivery & Pick Up:

HDGG are available for pick up and delivery. Delivery is only available for a full skid. Less than a skid worth must be picked up at our in store location.
