Premium Plus LS grass seed is a great seed mixture for all soil types. Advantages using our Premium Plus LS include:

• Contains patented Lateral Spread perennial ryegrass - aggressively spreads by rhizomes (horizontal stems) giving a uniformed carpet look.
• Fills in bare spots
• Withstands intensive wear
• Produces dense, dark green turf

• Contains Kentucky Bluegrass - sturdy species that prevents disease and is tolerant to drought and wear

Coverage:

For starting a new lawn or to patch bare spots, apply 5-7 pounds of seed per 1,000 square foot. To thicken your lawn, apply 2.5-3.5 pounds per 1,000 square foot.
