Grass seed for high traffic areas

Park & Play seed is a well balanced mixture for both sun and shaded areas. It is also intended for areas with high traffic. It can be used for your lawn, and to create a grass driveway/parking lot, if soil is reinforced with grass pavers. Our Park 7 Play is a self-adjusting seed mixture, as it contains:

• 40% Tall Fescue (tolerates drought and foot traffic, moderately tolerable to shady conditions)
• 15% Creeping Red Fescue (Thrives in shaded areas & most soil types)
• 15% Timothy (grows well in heavy soil, cold & drought resistant, & can grow in dry upland or sandy soil)
• 5% White Clover (Protects against grubs, and provides lawn with nitrogen - acting as a natural fertilizer.)
